I had a similar problem when starting, so EVEN THOUGH IT'S 3 IN THE MORNING, I GUESS I'LL TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT AGAIN. Dolphin is an emulator for running GameCube and Wii games on Windows, Linux, macOS, and recent Android devices. Mayflash GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U, PC USB and Switch, 4 Port. When I go into dolphin I can go under Standard Controller and see all 4 vJoy ports but no input is received from my controller for any of them.I also have the official Wii U USB adapter and mine works just fine. When I used the GCN adapter program w/ vJoy, it doesn't seem like it recieves any input from my controller when I try to calibrate it. When I launch a game, it does not seem like it receives any input from my controller. I also reccomend you keep your Wii Remote and buy aftermarket controller and numb-chucks since some games force you to use.

If you want to play Wii get the wired pro controller for the switch it is 25 you can use it on the PC. When I used Zadig, I was able to go into the controller settings in Dolphin 5.0 and select GameCube adapter for Wii U, and it says adapter detected when I go into Configure. To be honest if you want to play gamecube games on dolphin get the gamecube controller for the switch it is only 25. For those who don't know, mGBA is the most renowned and accurate GBA emulator of this era and has been rapidly improving since its inception. I have tried Zadig with a successful installation, and I have tried with Wii U USB GCN Adapter w/ vJoy.
